This beta supports controlled evaluation. It does not change licenses, mailboxes, devices or tenant settings.
Install and run
Use Windows PowerShell 5.1 or PowerShell 7 on Windows. Extract the complete beta package and retain the Config folder. No Graph or Exchange connection is required.

Validate source contracts first. Missing, invalid or stale required evidence prevents valuation of license removal and downgrade candidates. The default freshness threshold is 72 hours.
Financial interpretation
Savings potential is indicative, not realized savings. Capacity reuse is separate cost avoidance. Mailbox conversion never adds the same license value a second time.
Prices use the historical France EUR baseline dated 2026-07-18, excluding VAT. Validate contract prices and renewal terms. F3 eligibility and business, retention and application requirements need human review.
Outputs and limits
English HTML and CSV reports are written to Data/{TenantKey}, with run evidence in Archive/{RunId}. CSVs contain identities; treat all outputs as confidential. The six-language guides do not translate the application.
