SmartLogAnalyzer for Intune
SmartLogAnalyzer for Intune is a Windows desktop utility designed to analyze Microsoft Intune Device Diagnostics ZIP packages and turn raw diagnostic data into a structured troubleshooting view.
The tool is currently available as a beta in the WorkplaceCloudHub GitHub repository. It focuses on practical enterprise scenarios: device enrollment issues, PRT and WAM problems, Intune Management Extension logs, compliance signals, Windows Update traces, event logs, hardware inventory, and exportable HTML reports.
Transparency note: this website does not host direct software downloads. SmartLogAnalyzer source code, beta releases, and documentation are provided through GitHub for review, traceability, and version history.
Intune Device Diagnostics ZIP Analysis or Local Device Diagnostics
Loads diagnostic archives downloaded from the Intune admin center or collects local device diagnostics in real time, then inventories files, logs, command outputs, registry exports, and results.xml status data.
Identity and Enrollment Signals
Parses DSRegCmd, enrollment registry data, tenant information, TPM state, Windows Hello for Business indicators, PRT state, and WAM-related issues.
IME and Event Log Troubleshooting
Detects errors in Intune Management Extension logs, remediation traces, notification logs, Windows event logs, Windows Update data, and Office Click-to-Run logs.
Compliance and Remediation View
Builds a practical compliance summary and highlights critical issues such as missing PRT, WAM errors, failed collection items, firewall state, and MDM enrollment concerns.
Operational Goal
Faster triage from raw Intune diagnostics
The objective is to reduce the time spent manually searching through diagnostic ZIP files. SmartLogAnalyzer keeps analysis local, provides an exportable standalone HTML report, and can optionally use AI providers such as Claude, OpenAI, or local Ollama to assist with root-cause analysis. Beta documentation, source code, and releases are available from the GitHub repository.
